‘Clean Your Act’ is a film about alternative ways to treat wastewater. It is about how communities, institutions and individual households have begun literally cleaning up their act by recycling their wastewater using technologies that match the scale of their need. The film’s crew travelled from Puducherry to Pune, from Indore to Ujjain, and from Agra to Delhi to capture the various technologies at work, each unique and different, but all effective. The film’s purpose is to break out of STP-dependence. Whether you are a householder, architect, engineer or professional interested in spreading the word on ecological sanitation, the film will serve the purpose. |
