En este libro presentamos los aportes realizados por Profesores y Docentes que han ofrecido md̤ulos temt̀icos o clases magistrales en la Cuarta Escuela de Verano llevada a cabo por el Centro de Estudios de Derecho Penal y Procesal Penal Latinoamericano (CEDPAL) de la Georg-August-Universitt̃ Gt̲tingen. Los textos ac c̀ompilados dan cuenta de m̀bitos temt̀icos relativos a la dogmt̀ica penal, el derecho penal comparado, la polt̕ica criminal, el derecho procesal penal y la justicia penal europea. Se trata de contribuciones sin precedentes sobre las ciencias criminales en Alemania y desde el espectro jurd̕ico comparado a nivel europeo, anglosajn̤ y latinoamericano. Adicionalmente, se pone a disposicin̤ del lector un relevante trabajo dedicado a la complicidad en el asesinato por medio del servicio en el campo de concentracin̤ de Auschwitz. En el mismo se presenta por primera vez en lengua castellana la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo Federal alemǹ sobre el caso Grn̲ing (Decisin̤ del 20 de septiembre de 2016 - 3 StR 49/16) junto al comentario realizado por el Profesor Claus Roxin a dicha sentencia. Tanto la compilacin̤ presentada, como la estructura a partir de la cual se desarrolla la misma, reflejan de forma certera el espr̕itu de la Escuela de Verano, pensada tanto para difundir el estado actual de las ciencias criminales alemanas, como para construir un puente de intercambio y apertura acadm̌ica con juristas hispanohablantes y lusf̤onos. |

In this book we present the contributions made by professors and lecturers who have offered thematic modules or master classes at the Fourth Summer School held by the Centre for Latin American Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Studies (CEDPAL) of the Georg-August-Universitt̃ Gt̲tingen. The texts compiled here cover thematic areas of criminal dogmatics, comparative criminal law, criminal policy, criminal procedure law and European criminal justice. They are unprecedented contributions on criminal science in Germany and from the comparative legal spectrum at European, Anglo-Saxon and Latin American level. In addition, the reader is provided with an important work on complicity in murder through service in the Auschwitz concentration camp. It presents for the first time in Spanish the judgement of the German Federal Supreme Court on the Grn̲ing case (Decision of 20 September 2016 - 3 StR 49/16) together with the commentary by Professor Claus Roxin on this judgement. Both the compilation presented and the structure from which it is developed accurately reflect the spirit of the Summer School, designed both to disseminate the current state of German criminal sciences and to build a bridge of exchange and academic openness with Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking jurists. |
