Los cambios experimentados en el ámbito del Derecho de familia durante las últimas décadas, responden a una profunda transformación social que se ha producido en nuestro país, en relación con el papel de la mujer, los derechos del menor, la no discriminación en razón de la orientación sexual y la aconfesionalidad del Estado.En Derecho internacional privado, la multiplicación de los supuestos transnacionales, la acción normativa de la Unión Europea, y la necesidad de adaptar las normas a los postulados constitucionales, han generado una regulación compleja, de no fácil comprensión y, en algunos aspectos insuficiente o contradictoria.En esta monografía se ha tratado de sistematizar la regulación, proponer unas líneas de interpretación que ayuden a restaurar la coherencia del sistema y proporcionen una información amplia a los estudiantes y juristas que se especializan en estas cuestiones. |
