The bilingual accompanying booklet (Hindi and English) includes the preface to Nehru's The discovery of India (Dec. 29, 1945), an essay of the book's continued relevance by Pavan K. Varma, episode synopses with cast credits and durations, a translation from the Sanskrit of Nasadiya Sukta by Prof. Raimundo Panikkar, an overview of the series, lyrics from the closing song, and biographical summaries for the major credits.
