Story of unemployed Ravi goes to his maternal uncle and aunt in their village for a few days. His uncle decides that he can be a suitable teacher for five obstinate and spoiled grand-children of the wealthy Rai Saheb. Ravi is appointed to teach the unruly and mischievous grandchildren of Rai Bahadur. While the grandfather, an ex military man is all for strong discipline, the grandchildren behave badly and devise pranks to drive the tutor away. Ravi gradually wins them over and in the process, wins the heart of the eldest daughter. Now Ravi has to win over the stern grandfather.
